Creation of a visitor database
Upon entering or exiting a hospital, the movements of visitors (patients) are automatically recognized with spatial awareness technology. A visitor database is created and entry/exit information is saved to create a visitor list. Automatic entry/exit management system eliminates unnecessary processes related to writing up a visitor list manually or scanning a QR code, and improves visitor convenience and work efficiency. (Visit records are automatically destroyed after a certain period of time)
Monitoring patients and visitors The locations of patients and self-isolators are monitored in real-time. Location and density check allows for the reduction in wait time as patients are informed of the waiting status including expected wait time. Also, a warning message to remind of physical distancing is sent when the density level in the hospital exceeds a set limit as a measure to prevent transmission of infectious diseases.
Indoor navigation / Guide to Consultation, treatment and examination rooms WATA's spatial awareness technology with high accuracy provides real-time locations of patients and visitors and facility guide based on the visitor location. In addition, indoor navigation is given following the consultation or examination process of a patient as well as personalized hospital service guide.
Infectious disease control The Solution supports the prevention of infectious diseases and contact tracing with the employment of bluetooth signal. Information of individuals who had close contact with the infected person within a certain radius is automatically collected and registered, and close contacts are extracted to identify those who are subject to quarantine. By understanding the movement paths and stay duration of an infected person and close contacts, it is possible to predict, manage and respond to infection transmission path.
Asset management By attaching tags to medical supplies or equipment and scanning them, the real-time location, usage status and history and an asset list can be checked enabling the smooth provision of hospital services and effective asset management.
